20 June 2010

The Bandstand Busking Freestage

The second of two full and thrillingly diverse days of live music programmed in partnership with Bandstand Busking, on the specially created indoor bandstand. Alongside a brass band, Appalachian and Celtic dance band, and spoken word talent, the day features Sheffield folk-pop duo Slow Club, Broadcast 2000, Johnny Flynn and John Smith.

Bandstand Busking breathes some life into the unused bandstands of London with music from some of the best up and coming acts around. It is an intimate opportunity to experience music as it ought to be heard, sitting at the feet of some of your favourite artists as they perform acoustically.

All the performances are available to view on the Bandstand Busking website.
